So I'll be the first to be disappointed. First, I excpected a lower price on this set. Also I looked forward to much more added content (and not only DVD content - for example physical postcards and physical trading cards would have been great!). Looking at this set after looking at the new blade ru...

After reading the official announcement
We are talking about 10 DVD. Will it be the same DVDs for the episodes as in the previous releases plus one disc for the pilot and one for the special features?
Do I understand correctly?
Thanks!

The thing is that the new set should contain all that exists now and more so I don't see a point in saving the first season (or the second) if I plan to buy the new set. I will definitely watch them again and the special features are great but they all should appear in the new set that will come out...

To sell my Twin peaks DVDs or not? :-)
I really can't decide what to do. I have seasons 1 and 2 region 1 plus the R3 pilot and R3 fire walk with me. Now, no one really knows what will be in the upcoming box set. My guess is that it will be the same exact DVDs of season 1 and 2 plus 2 or 3 DVD that will contain more extras and the pilot. ...

But I don't see any problem with the DVDs you mentioned since most of them (if not all of them) are R0 and so they should work at any DVD player and you can easily order them from Amazon.com. I am only saying it because I'm in a similar situation. I live in Israel and order my DVDs from aroung the w...

The only thing that is really important to me remains unknown (at least to me). Will this DVD contain english subtitles/captions that are selectable from the DVD menu (and not CC that are viewable only at certain TV sets). Hope to know it soon. Anyway sounds like a great DVD that I really look forwa...

It's amazing that David Lynch has any UK fans at all considering the theatrical releases of his films don't stray much further than the South of England and his work on DVD is limited to full-length films (Eraserhead and The Straight Story are out of print). FaceInTheLeaves, you have to remember it...
