TWIN PEAKS: FIRE WALK WITH ME

While the film is out on DVD, what you may not know is that we fans lost out on 17 Deleted Scenes, totaling over 50 minutes of unseen footage which were hand picked by David Lynch for the original DVD release but were dropped at the last minute due to budget and legal reasons. In 2007, MK2 had even had talks with Lynch to finally put things right, however at the moment, the project has been put on hold yet again. They even went so far as to film all new interviews with over 22 members of the original cast and crew to be used for an all new documentary on the film.

For more details, go to the Official Fire Walk With Me Fight Website. Warner Bros. who absorbed New Line now own the rights to US distribution of the film itself, whereas MK2 owns the actual rights to the film and all Deleted Scenes that would be included with it.

Warner Bros. needs to work with MK2 to bring us the 2 Disc Special Edition that New Line originally announced back in 2000!

TWIN PEAKS: PILOT STANDALONE US RELEASE

CBS DVD currently owns the rights to the Pilot in the US as well as most of the rest of the world, and so far have not announced a standalone release of the Pilot in the US. The Pilot has been remastered and looks absolutely amazing in their Twin Peaks Gold Box DVD Set. It even includes both the TV Version as well as the European Version. Whether a standalone DVD of the Pilot is in the cards, only time can tell...
